Academic Credit
The NETS•T Certification program is a professional development and assessment program for K-12 teachers and technology resource teachers and coordinators developed and accredited by James Madison University (JMU).
James Madison Partners for Education is the exclusive provider of accredited NETS•T Certification courses.
James Madison University provides graduate credit to individuals completing any of the following:
Instructor-led NETS•T Certification (3 credits )
Enroll today (Deferred Tuition Payment Available)
Self-Paced NETS•T Certification (3 credits)
Enroll today (Deferred Tuition Payment Available)
NETS•T Evaluator Certification course (3 credits )
Enroll today Academic credit earned through our NETS•T Certification program may be transferred into a degree - granting program, such as the JMU Master's in Educational Technology. This decision is made by the University on a case-by- case basis.
To apply for graduate credit, contact JMU Outreach and Engagement
Upon request, James Madison Partners for Education will provide you with a NETS•T Certificate or documentation of program participation, as applicable.
If you completed your NETS•T Certification prior to the Spring semester 2010, you can apply for graduate credit from JMU upon completion of a NETS•T Refresher Course to be offered by James Madison Partners for Education during the academic year 2010-2011.

Recertification Points
Award of recertification points is done at the discretion of each school division , or according to your state's licensing requirements. Please contact us to obtain your NETS•T Certificate or documentation of program participation.
